Our client a leading telecommunication vendor is looking for a UMTS Tuning & Optimization Engineer to do work in USA. You should have working experience within a Ericsson environment and must be extensive knowledge of Tuning & Optimization

Details-
My client is urgently seeking 6 RF UMTS Tuning and Optimisation engineers. The successful candidates will have the following:
• Ericsson Platform RF UMTS Tuning and optimization 4+ years exp
• Must be flexible to travel.
• Be able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance.
• Good understanding of optimisation tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent
• Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading
• Good understanding of Layer 3 messaging
• Able to collect and analyse drive data and performance statistics
• Knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall performance
